What this website is

Odín Rally is an independent project in development. This website presents it and lets you sign up to try the app, which is free for the first 50 users while it is in development. It does not sell anything.

Odín Rally is a tool to plan routes, train and keep statistics. It does not organise events, races or speed competitions: no times or speeds are measured or published, and its rankings only add up kilometres, passes and points over time, with no common date, place or time. Route times are calculated within the speed limits.

Intellectual property

The Odín Rally name, logo and texts belong to their owner. They may not be reproduced without permission, except to quote or link to the website.

Liability

The information on this website is indicative and may change as the project progresses. Any route is ridden under the responsibility of the rider, always respecting traffic rules and the rules on motor vehicle access to the countryside.

Routes on tracks and trails

Off-road and Mixed routes are calculated with public data on tracks and trails (OpenStreetMap) that Odín Rally has not checked on the ground. Some of those tracks may be closed to motor vehicles, have temporary restrictions (for example, because of fire risk) or be unsuitable for motorbikes. Before riding a track, riders must check the signs and the regulations in force (in Catalonia, the rules on motor vehicle access to the countryside) and not enter if it is not allowed. Riding on a track where it is not allowed is the sole responsibility of the rider.

We want the data to comply with the law and improve with use: the Odín Rally app will have a button to report that you are on a track that motorbikes may not use. Every report is reviewed and, if confirmed, that track is no longer used in routes.

Applicable law

This website is governed by Spanish law. This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.
